It only felt right to kick off the Coffee Club blog with a post on our new website, how it all came about and an insight into what this means to a small business like us.
Who are Tiny Spark and how did all this come about…
Firstly, a HUGE thank you and shout out to Coffee Club regulars turned website Gods… Alex, Ben & Sam at Tiny Spark, an agency specialising in websites, eCommerce, CRM, loyalty and membership. The team very kindly selected Coffee Club for a case study project in which they have designed and built this entire website for us. Over the last few months we have met with the TS team every few weeks; we started by really honing in on the business identity and what our aims are. The team then moved onto the big design and build whilst we worked on the website text, revamping our membership options and sourcing some wavy new CC garms.
What does this mean to a small business? …
Running a small business can be a balancing act; cafe manager, accountant, HR, marketing are just some of the roles we spread ourselves between each week. Other small business owners reading this will relate to the feeling of having to prioritise the tasks that ensure your business functions in the short term and running out of time to work on the bigger projects that will have an impact later down the road. So to be offered a service like this is a dream come true and we cannot thank the Tiny Spark legends enough!
